Condition
The canvas does not appear to be lined but it is attached to a backing cloth. There is an uneven layer of varnish through which the UV light cannot fully penetrate, though there do appear to be a few small retouchings to the lower right quadrant, one of which is an inverted L-shape, to the lower part of the extreme right edge. There are some fine lines of craquelure in places. Otherwise, this work is in overall good conditon.
Colours: Overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though brighter in the original.
