Condition

This work is in very good condition. The canvas has been strip-lined. Faint stretcher marks run horizontally through the composition. Mild frame abrasion is apparent to extreme top edge and lower-right corner. The impasto has been well preserved. The surface is a little dirty. Under UV light: certain pigments fluoresce though a thick layer of varnish is difficult to read through.
