Condition

Work is in very good condition. Canvas is not lined. There is some slight vertical undulation throughout. Surface is clean and the impasto is well preserved. There are a few spots of craqueleur in the thickest pigments. Under UV light there are a few small strokes of inpainting in upper right corner, likely to address prior frame abrasion. There are also aproximately four pindot retouches in the sky at upper right and a few small spots along the horizon line in the center of the composition and roughly ten scattered pindot retouches in the sky and water at upper left, including one larger strok at extreme upper left corner, otherwise fine.
