Condition
Executed on buff colored laid paper affixed on the verso to a window mat with adhesive at several places around the perimeter. Accretion from a previous mounting is present around the perimeter of the verso of the sheet. All four edges are deckled and the sheet is slight dirty and time darkened. One 1/4 inch vertical tear a bottom center edge and a 1/8 inch vertical tear at bottom right corner edge below the signature. The sheet is a little undulated, particularly at top and bottom center edges. Overall the work is in good condition.
