Description

The brooch of stylised floral and foliate design, set with oval and pear-shaped aquamarines and similarly shaped sapphires; the ring centring on a step-cut aquamarine, set to either side with a pear-shaped sapphire and circular-cut aquamarine, size 51, French assay and maker's marks, case.

Stamped with French assay marks and 750 for 18 carat gold. Maker's marks for Darde et Fils. Stones overall well matched in colour, few scratches, nicks and abrasions, heavier wear to the ring. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
