The parure comprising a necklace, bracelet and a pair of earrings set with marquise-shaped rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, unsigned, necklace length approximately 390mm, bracelet length approximately 175mm, earrings with post fittings; the ring set with circular-cut rubies, brilliant-cut and marquise-shaped diamonds, size 511/2, signed Mouawad, fitted case stamped Mouawad.
Condition
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information.
All pieces stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Ring signed Mouawad on inside of band. Rubies well matched in colour, few scratches, nicks and abrasions on the surface. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 58.00 - 60.00 carats, on average of G-H colour and VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Clasps secure, bracelet with safety catch below, necklace with one to the side. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
