The circular-cut diamond weighing 3.17 carats, within a surround of cushion-shaped and circular-cut rubies and circular-cut diamonds, size 46, sizing beads, indistinctly signed V.C.A. and numbered, French assay marks.
Condition
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information.
Stamped V.C. and A is rubbed, numbered 10080. Rubies well matched in colour, some surface reaching inclusions, abrasions and small chips to the surface and facet junctions, visible under x10 magnification. In our experts' opinion, the diamond is J colour, VS+ clarity. Remaining diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.25 carats, I-K colour on average, VS+ clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting, few small nicks and abrasions visible under x10 magnification. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
