- emerald, diamond, 18 carat gold, platinum
The ring set with a step-cut emerald, pavé-set at the front and sides with circular- and single-cut diamonds, size 47, signed Cartier London, the clip designed as a bird, the wing set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the eye and plumes embellished with circular-cut emeralds, signed Cartier Paris and numbered, French assay and maker's marks.
Condition
Ring: Signed Cartier Paris on side of band. Emerald is estimated to measure approximately 11.00 x 7.40 x 3.85 mm and is estimated to weigh approximately 2.20 carat, as gauged in mounting, with typical crystal inclusions, some scratches, nicks and abrasions. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of extensive wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use and age. In good condition.
Brooch: Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Signed Cartier Paris on clip fitting, maker's mark, numbered 014267. Emeralds well matched in colour. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
