The flexible v-shaped collar set with 12 oval-shaped rubies graduating in size, together weighing approximately 33.90 carats, spaced by diamond florets, set throughout with numerous round and pear-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 48.00 carats, length 16 inches.
Condition
In good condition. The rubies are a rich, slightly purplish red, well-matched for color, lightly to moderately included and semi-transparent. The diamonds are approximately F-I color, VVS-VS clarity. The necklace is flexible and well made, stamped PCC on the reverse. Fitted with a diamond-set safety closure. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 51478 stating that the rubies are of Burmese origin, with indications of heating.
