The triple-strand necklace composed of 239 natural pearls measuring approximately 9.3 to 4.1 mm, the clasp set with numerous old mine-cut diamonds, length approximately 18½ inches; clasp detaches so each strand may be worn independently.
Condition
In good condition overall. The round to near round pearls are creamy white with rose and green overtones and good luster. Some minor blemishing to skins on several of the pearls, primarily pitting. The diamonds are near colorless and decorative in quality. Each strand can be detached, including the diamond clasp, to be worn individually or as a pair. Individual strand lengths: 18 1/2 inches, 19 inches and 20 inches. Total gross weight approximately 423.00 carats. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 64418 stating the pearls are natural, saltwater.
