The single oval copper plate is flat and cradled to the reverse by wooden battens. To the naked eye the painting appears in good condition. Inspection under UV light reveals some retouchigns above Christ's halo and some other minor strengthenings. Overall in good condition and offered in an elaborate carved and gilt woodeen frame.
