In the collection of the family of the present owner since 1929.

Condition

The canvas has an effective relining. To the naked eye the paint surface is in good condition, if a little dirty, with the impasto of the work well preserved. Inspection under UV light shows some scattered strengthenings but no structural damage. The painting would benefit from a clean but is in overall good condition. Offered in a plain gilt wood frame in good condition.
