This photograph, on lightly textured paper with a slight surface sheen, is in generally excellent condition. Faint silvering is visible along the print's upper edge. Upon very close examination, the following are visible: a one-inch sharp crease near the lower right edge; a soft, barely noticeable crease near the sitter's arm in the upper left quadrant; a small matte deposit of indeterminate nature in the lower right corner; and a tiny, matte, semi-translucent deposit near the sitter's calf. The edges are lightly worn, with minor attendant chipping. On the reverse of the print is an 'Ashby/Connolly Collection' stamp.
