the hinged cover enameled a deep blue over a sunburst guilloché ground, with foliate silver rim, the center inset with a moonstone en cabochon, the stepped base covered with blue leather
Condition
the enamel panel slightly loose (not entirely flush to the silver frame), with some rubbing to leather base consistent with age
