of rectangular shape, the circular dial enameled translucent oyster over a sunburst guilloché ground, the bezel with two color gold laurel wreath and flowerheads, each side of the clock applied with a two-color gold wreath of leaf-tips and flowerheads, the base with key-clip holding a key
