circular on four gilt scroll feet, the outer rim with bands of cobalt blue relieved by gilt scrolls, the sides decorated with stylised lifebelts inscribed in Russian Yacht Queen Victoria, with green Imperial cipher of Alexander III
Condition
some small rubbing to gilding and to the inscriptions, also with firing flaws apparent on the underside of two of the feet
