with trumpet neck and swan handles, the sides painted with the Rape of Europa and a pastoral landscape with a shepherd and his flock by a waterfall, within shaped gilt-edged reserves, raised on a gilt-bronze base cast with ribbon-tied reeds
Condition
with rubbing to gilding on handles and on the gilt ornament around and framing the paintings, some discoloration to shoulders, also with rubbing to gilding no base, the gilt-bronze base with several inherent flaws
