Condition

Base with a couple of minor edge chips, though not at all significant. A few areas of abrasion to the base, most noticeably two rectangles on the same side as the signature, though the signature is not affected. One or two chips to apertures for columns, though these will be concealed when columns are in situ. Column with single stripe has chip to cut edge just below the top. Column with three stripes has repair to base where it fits into the base element, and a chip at the very top. Otherwise good.
