signed QI HUANG, dated wu chen, 1928, autumn, with a dedication, one seal of the artist, and three collector's seals. Annotation at the fan side by the artist himself
Condition
-A sign of paper tear along the middle fold line of the fan, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in good condition.
