Description

  • platinum, ruby, diamond
Designed as florets centered by four oval-shaped rubies measuring approximately 7.9 by 5.3 by 2.7 mm to 6.3 by 5.4 by 2.5 mm, framed and accented by round and marquise-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 9.00 carats; pendants detachable.

Condition

In good condition. Total ruby weight is approximately 3.85 carats. The four oval-shaped rubies are medium-deep slightly purplish red and are moderately included. Most of the inclusions are due to silk which gives the rubies a slightly "sleepy" appearance, there are also some small chips and cavities due to surface reaching inclusions. The diamonds are approximately G-J color, VS clarity. One of the pendant loops shows evidence of a repair using gold solder. Accompanied by two gemological reports: AGL report no. CS 51782 A and B stating that the rubies are of Burmese origin, three rubies with no indications of heating and one ruby with a faint degree of heating residues. GIA report no. 2141737880 stating that one of the rubies has no indications of heating.

Our presale estimates reflect this assumption.
