The pear-shaped emerald measuring approximately 17.1 by 11.7 by 5.8 mm, framed by 16 round diamonds weighing approximately 3.00 carats.

Condition

In good condition with light surface wear to the gold. The pear-shaped emerald weighs approximately 5.75 carats, and is medium-deep slightly bluish green. The emerald is moderately to heavily included, some surface reaching inclusions are evident under magnification but most of the inclusions are of the "jardin" variety that is typical of emeralds. The diamonds are approximately J-K color, SI clarity, two of the diamonds have chips to the pavilions. Accompanied by two gemological reports: AGL report no. CS 51745 stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, clarity enhancement: faint, type: modern. GIA report no. 2141737887 stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, with indications of moderate clarity enhancement.
