The emerald-cut emerald weighing 11.08 carats, within an openwork mounting set with round diamonds weighing approximately .70 carat, size 6½.
Condition
In very good condition. The emerald is very lightly included and transparent. The stone is a bright, medium deep very slightly bluish Green. There are a few small cavities on towards the edges of the emerald due to surface reaching inclusions, but the table of the stone is smooth and in very good condition. The 65 diamonds are approximately H color VS-SI clarity. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 55578 stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, clarity enhancement: NONE. Emeralds are commonly clarity enhanced to reduce the visibility of fissures. Non-clarity enhanced emeralds are rare.
