In good condition. The 36 small round diamonds are approximately H-I color, predominantly VS clarity. The sapphires are a medium deep to deep slightly violetish blue, lightly included with several examples bearing minor abrading to the facet junctions. The vivid yellow diamond is the center diamond in the bracelet.
