Centered by 30 oval-shaped sapphires framed by round, baguette, whistle and marquise-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 6.65 carats, signed Bulgari, with French assay marks; circa 1965.

In good condition. The sapphires are a lively medium slightly violetish blue, slightly more saturated than indicated by the printed catalogue, and lightly included. They weigh approximately 14.50 carats. Some of the stones show some light abrading to the facet junctions and surface reaching fractures. The diamonds are approximately E-F color, VVS-VS clarity. Clip mechanism detachable to allow for wear as a brooch via a separate mechanism that is no longer extant. One signed under the earring back mechanism, the other faintly and partially signed under applied gold plaque on mechanism.
