With a Patek Philippe fitted presentation box and an Extract from the Archives confirming production in 1958 and sale on December 6th, 1961, as a 100 Italian Lire gold coin.

This is the first time an example of Patek Philippe coin watch with an Italian coin featuring Victor Emanuele has appeared at auction. Patek Philippe coin watches are themselves particularly rare and usu🍨ally fitted within an American Twenty Dollar Coin, although variations such as this example are known to exist, such was the limited numbers manufactured, rarely are they ever seen or documented
