• quartz movement • The Pagoda-form case with bombe sides heightened by a quilted pattern of mother of pearl accented with square-cut amethysts, flared base raised on onyx feet, and outswept entablature each set with graduating coral panels, the shaped top composed of frosted etched glass surmounted by medallion composed of buff-top amethysts, coral, round diamonds, and a sugarloaf amethyst, 18k yellow gold columns applied with round diamonds, flanking a frosted glass apse centered by a pair of hands set with round diamonds, which seemingly float and give the trompe l'oeil effect of a mystery clock, hands are attached to a mirror, the back fitted with door concealing the setting and quartz mechanism • the interior rim stamped with French gold marks for 18k and a makers mark, the base further applied with a plaque signed Asprey 750
