Centring on an oval cabochon sapphire weighing 24.89 carats, surrounded by calibré-cut sapphires, to shank set with baguette and brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 1.60 carats, mounted in platinum, signed. Ring size: 5¼
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to Gübelin report, the cabochon sapphire is natural, of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating; also accompanied by Gübelin note stating that this sapphire is rarely found in nature. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the sapphire is of intense blue colour, eye clean. Upon 10x loupe, there are only some fine silks and minor surface pits, not seen to naked eyes. Other calibrè-cut sapphires are of similar colour and eye clean. Diamonds are about F to H colours, mostly VS clarity. Signed to the shank.
Condition: Eternity-setting, cannot be resized and current size is American size 5 3/4. Vintage ring mount, shows signs of wear to the metal, otherwise in good condition.
