Description
- coloured star sapphire, coloured sapphire and gold
Of floral design, centring on two star sapphires of purple and violet hues weighing 8.34 and 5.92 carats respectively, to petals set with circular-cut coloured sapphires of matching hues together weighing approximately 4.50 carats, mounted in 18 karat blackened gold. Ring size: 6½
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to GRS report, the two star sapphires are natural, of Ceylon origin, with no indication of thermal treatment. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the two star sapphires are of medium purple and violetish blue colour respectively, both showing a distinct six-ray star upon spot lighting. Upon 10x loupe, both star sapphires have natural needles and crystal inclusions, but not noticeable to naked eyes. Other coloured sapphires are of various hue, from very light to medium light pink, purple or blue colour, eye clean.
Condition: Karat blackened gold mount, in very good condition.
