Of rectangular design, the lid with an oval panel applied in diamonds with the cipher of Nicholas II below the Imperial crown, set on a primrose yellow field applied with Imperial eagles within trellis work over starburst engine-turning, chased laurel borders, maker’s mark, measuring approximately 95 x 68 x 26mm.

Condition

Maker's mark EM. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Enamel in very good condition. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 425 grams.
