Cabochon sapphire of irregular oval/pear shape, measuring approximately 28.50 x 21.80 x 10.95 mm (length difficult to measure due to mounting), as gauged in mounting, sapphire with very good transparency, blue of medium to medium-light saturation, with typical crystal inclusions visible under 10x magnification, some surface reaching, scratch to reverse side of cabochon. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.00 carats, bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to metal, scratches consistent with age and use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 30 grams.
