Condition
This work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of wear and handling to the surface of the board. The mounted canvas exhibits scattered craquelure, which appears inherent to the material and the artist's working method. There is a linear abrasion in the top right corner, 8 inches from the right edge. There are areas of restoration along all four edges of the canvas, which fluoresce darkly under ultraviolet light inspection. There are two spots, one 1/4 inch in diameter and one 1/2 inch in diameter along the right edge of the panel which have been retouched and fluoresce darkly under ultraviolet light inspection. There is an extremely minor protrusion to the panel on the extreme left edge, 5 inches from the top. Framed.
