Condition
This work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of light wear and handling toward the edges, resulting in some hairline craquelure at the pull margins. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, the right and bottom edges of the canvas fluoresce darkly and appear to have benefited from retouching. The region surrounding the figure's chin and neck also fluoresce darkly under Ultraviolet light inspection due to inpainting. Some spots fluoresce brightly under Ultraviolet light inspection, particularly near the spots of retouching. The paint and canvas are slightly raised and the surface is a bit uneven in spots where there is corresponding restoration. Unframed.
