Original canvas.
There is very minor surface dirt and dust to the crevices and to areas of the raised impasto, with one or two areas of loss to these raised areas, only visible upon very close inspection. This excepting the work appears in good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals areas of fluorescence which appear in keeping with the nature of the materials, but do not suggest retouchings.
Housed in a thin gilt frame.
