Etching with drypoint, 1651, a good delicate impression of the fifth state (of six), with a few touches of burr on the collar and the top of the chair at left, printing with delicate plate tone
Condition
With small to narrow margins, in good condition apart from a few pale fox marks at lower right, thin areas mainly at the corners (mainly visible verso) with an associated paper disturbance at upper left corner, a 2mm horizontal tear at upper right corner, a nick at the tip of this corner, remains of a pen and ink inscription in the lower margin recto, unframed.
