Catalogue Note
The model of Le Printemps, also known as Flore, was first created by Carpeaux in 1870. The present model is either part of a posthumous series or could very well have been produced by the renowned Maison Susse (see their 1910 catalogue where Le Printemps is listed at a height of 54 cm. and for a price of 1000 francs).
