Condition
This early print, on double-weight paper with a slight surface sheen, is in generally very good condition. The photographer has titled the print in green ink on a small adhesive label in upper left margin corner. His signature, in the lower right margin, is in black ink, and the number '41,' which is circled, is in green ink. The edges are somewhat rubbed, and the corners are bumped. There are 5 small creases at the upper and lower right margin edges, as well as in the upper right corner. These do not affect the print. There are what appear to be 2 pin-point accretions in the upper left sky area.
In raking light, 3 soft handling creases are visible.
The reverse of the print is lightly soiled.
When examined with ultraviolet light, this print appears to fluoresce very faintly.
