the half-round base on paw feet, central figure of Victory on a square pedestal flanked by low walls ending in acanthus candlesticks, the inkwells topped by emblems of agriculture and mechanics on cushions, central basin for seals

engraving presumably removed from pedestal of figure, lacks nuts to secure elements under base, otherwise good, nice quality
