baluster form on three pad feet topped by shells and oval cartouches, part-fluted spout rising from acanthus, gadrooned borders, swiveling bud finial and straight turned wood handle
Condition
some small dings around top of feet, feet pushed in slightly but not through, base engraved with concentric circles and some deep scratches
