of baluster form, chased in high relief with a band of full-blown tulips, daffodils and vegetables repeated on the shallow domed cover, caryatid lobate scroll handles and baluster finial

good condition, thick gague, body marks clear, cover hallmarks struck on edge of flange to partly visible but maker clear
