the circular bowl with fluted rim and two openwork bracket handles, the domed lid, knop and spreading foot also fluted, gilt interior, silver-plated liner, struck with unrecorded maker's mark IGR (Latin) in a heart, assay master Andrei Titov 

Condition

Excellent condition with appropriate nics to scratches consistent with age. The lip of the lid slightly crimped. The lining with wear to the surface from use.
