the flared body wrapped with alternating turquoise and white ground bands of foliage, translucent red pellets and cloison scrolls, the rim and base borders with interlacing blue straps, the underside of the base engraved with initials BNC, 84 standard, scratched numbers 5450 (crossed out) and 3931

Excellent condition with just a tiny area of restoration.
