the tankard repoussé with views of the Moscow Kremlin within bands of formal foliage on stippled grounds, the lid with a central medallion of St George and the dragon, the scroll handle with ball finial, the circular tray enamelled to match, 84 standard
Catalogue Note
Excellent condition. Very good weight and impressive appearance. There is wear to the gilding as visible in the catalogue photograph and wear to the central medallion on the lid. Minor surface scratches consistent with age and very tiny enamel losses. The underneath of the tray lacking five fastening bolts.
