Description
- Porcelain, gilt-metal
- diameter 5.6cm, 2 1/4 in.
circular, the porcelain lid and enamel base painted with cream-coloured drapery with white trim and tassels forming star patterns on gilt grounds, the base further painted with the Imperial coat-of-arms, the interior of the lid with two men on horseback engaged in a swordfight, metal mounts
Condition
The porcelain lid in excellent condition with just minor wear to the gilding at the top. The base with restorations and minor wear at the bottom. The interior of the base with hair cracks at the surface.
