Condition
The icon originally being a processional icon cut in two and strengthened with a new panel on the reverse, the gold ground partly regilded, all gold highlights in the garments renewed, the mantle of the Virgin restored and a larger patch of restoration in the neck and on the chin of the Mother of God as well as on the neck of the Christ Child, his feet also repainted
