Condition

Unexamined out of frame. The work is formed of two boards framed as one. There are pin holes apparent along the join. There is minor surface dirt and traces of surface matter, with cracking to one or two of the must thicker areas of applied impasto, only visible upon close inspection. There are very slight traces of loss to one or two of the tips of thicker impasto, again only visible upon close inspection, and some slight areas of compression where the paint meets the Perspex. The artist's technique makes for a difficult ultraviolet light reading, but there are no obvious signs of florescence or retouching. Housed behind Perspex in a thick white wooden frame.
