The work is executed on its original canvas and is not relined. Few tiny lacks of paint are visible in the lower left quadrant near the rim, likely due to a former frame (also visible in the catalogue illustration). Two small lacks of paint (approx. 0,3 cm) are visible near the upper edge at 21 cm and 37 cm from the left edge. Under UV light inspection there is no evidence of any retouching.
