signed:
raqam-e muhammad baqir
'drawn by Muhammad Baqir'

This can most probably be attributed to the famous Muhammad Baqir, the painter and enamel maker of the first-half of the nineteenth century. Four other pieces signed by this artist are recorded in Karimzadeh 1990, vol. II, pp.656-8.
