composed of dark red velvet embroidered with silver-gilt and polychrome silk threads to form a floral design with wavy vine bands, one edge fringed with gilt threads

Condition
In generally good condition, some losses to silver-gilt thread, velvet rubbed, fringe probably later addition and slightly loose in some sections, some ware visible on underside consistent with age and use, as viewed.
