first edition, "out of series copy"with the "in series" being limited to 200 copies including 15 on Japan Vellum, 20 signed and 165 unsigned numbered 36-200. However, fewer than these were actually issued (see Gallup) but an unknown number were bound as here with green rather than tan cloth back.
