Taney), and most of the members of the Twenty-Sixth Congress, including Daniel Webster, John C. Calhoun, Henry Clay, John Crittenden, John Bell, Thomas Hart Benton, and four future or past presidents: Franklin Pierece, Johns Quincy Adams, Millard Fillmore, and James Buchanan. 4to album (7 1/2 x 6 in.; 191 x 152 mm), engraved title-page, original gilt-panelled red morocco, pink endpapers, gilt edges; shaken, spine worn with loss, covers detached.
